Terms & Conditions

By registering on Gigs Pesa Cash, you are entering into a legally binding contract under the Law of Contract Act (Chapter 23, Laws of Kenya). Please read these terms with due diligence:

2. Account Integrity: To prevent fraud, we enforce a strict One-Identity-One-Account policy. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate referral bonuses or the lottery system is a violation of our terms and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
3. Access Fee: Access to premium earning facilities (Blogging, Spin, Lottery, Affiliate) requires a one-time, non-refundable access fee of KES 500. This fee covers KYC verification and lifetime access to all facilities.
4. Financial Integrity: All withdrawals must be made to a verified M-Pesa number registered under your name. We reserve the right to withhold payments pending identity verification to comply with financial regulations.
